10/11/2019 Update: The Nebraska Total Care online claim reconsideration functionality has been restored to the provider portal and is available for use.

The Nebraska Total Care online claim reconsideration submission process is currently unavailable.  Nebraska Total Care anticipates the functionality to return in the near term.

When submitting a claim reconsideration to Nebraska Total Care, please use the identified Provider Claim Reconsideration Form (PDF) and follow guidance issued on 11/20/2018 under Provider News: Tips for Submitting Claim Reconsideration and Appeals.

Nebraska Total Care will update this post and alert providers when the online claim reconsideration feature is functional.
