In the next few weeks, you will get your new ID card in the mail. Nebraska Total Care is updating the pharmacy information on your card. There are no changes to your pharmacy benefits. Your Primary Care Provider and Dentist are also listed on your card. Begin using the new card on January 1, 2024.

Always carry your ID card with you. You will need to show it when you get medical care. If you need your ID card in another language or format, please call Member Services. We hope you are familiar with all the benefits and programs Nebraska Total Care has to offer!
