Families Care: Children's Mental Health Acceptance

Families Care, located in Kearney, held their Children’s Mental Health Acceptance on May 17. The event was a huge success, with over 200 awesome kids & families in attendance. Volunteers, local Law enforcement, EMT’s and the Pony Express Riders all gathered for the event in Kearney, NE.

The growing numbers of kids and adults in crisis due to Mental Health challenges is a true epidemic. Kids and parents need all the support they can get. This event was hosted by Families Care. Nebraska Total Care was onsite to provide health plan resources and activities for children.
