Heritage Health (Medicaid):

Zelis, our payment processing partner/vendor, has experienced an industry wide outage. They are working diligently for restoration. Please note system access and payment processing are currently down and are expected to remain unavailable during the restoration period. Please note that the January 27, 2026 payable will be delayed.

ETA is to have services restored to support our Friday, January 30, 2026 payable run.
