Heritage Health (Medicaid)

Nebraska Total Care covers all of the medical services in the Heritage Health plan. We also give extra services to members. These are called Value-Added Services. Value-Added Services are reviewed regularly. Changes are made based on their impact statewide. YMCA memberships are a Value-Added Service.

Beginning on October 1, 2025, Nebraska Total Care will no longer cover YMCA memberships. We sincerely apologize for difficulty this change may cause.

Many YMCAs offer reduced cost membership based on income. If you want to continue your membership you may qualify for a discount. The YMCA can help you with the process.
