Heritage Health (Medicaid):

Consistent with the terms outlined in the Medicaid Managed Care contract with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Nebraska Total Care pays Non-Participating (Non-PAR) providers 90 percent of the Medicaid fee schedule rate. Nebraska Total Care welcomes all providers who meet credentialing requirements to join our network.
