Heritage Health Adult (HHA) Benefit Coverage Update

Heritage Health (Medicaid):

Effective 10/1/2021, all HHA expansion members enrolled in the program, regardless of previous benefit tier category, will receive the full benefits package which includes all Medicaid covered services.

• Ambulatory care
• Emergency care
• Hospitalization
• Maternity and Newborn care
• Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services, including integrated Behavioral Health
• Prescription Drugs
• Rehabilitative & Habilitative services and devices
• Laboratory services
• Preventive, wellness and chronic disease management
• Other services such as: long-term care, non-emergency medical transportation and durable medical equipment (DME)
• Dental Services
• Vision Services
• Over-the-counter medications
