Heritage Health (Medicaid)

We have relationships with many community gardens in the state. Nebraska Total Care will pay for one community garden plot per household. To find out if your community garden participates in this program contact Penny Parker at 308-201-0455 or Penny.A.Parker@NebraskaTotalCare.com.

The benefits of gardening are bountiful:

  • Engage with the community
  • Spend time with the family, unplugged
  • Enjoy the emotional benefits of connecting with nature
