Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Annual Settlement Appeals

Heritage Health (Medicaid):

Critical Access Hospital settlements are processed annually. If you are not in agreement with the retro settlement, you have the right to appeal in writing to Nebraska Total Care within 90 days of receiving your settlement. Appeals must state specifically the issue(s) being appealed. Nebraska Total Care will respond to your appeal within 90 days.
