Nebraska Total Care Wellness Clinic

Nebraska Total Care held a Wellness Clinic for Omaha members on December 4th, located at the Butler-Gast YMCA. Methodist provided A1C, glucose and cholesterol test at no cost. Hy-Vee handed out meal bags and spoke to members about healthy eating. Members had an opportunity to speak directly to care managers and staff.
