2018 CPT and HCPCS Code Changes

Heritage Health (Medicaid):

Nebraska Total Care has identified new and deleted CPT and HCPCS codes effective January 1, 2018. Nebraska Total Care has reviewed these code changes for prior authorization requirements as well as what codes will now be retired. In order to support provider utilization of appropriate coding and authorization request we have posted the complete listing of both the newly covered codes for 2018 (PDF) as well as the deleted codes for 2018 (PDF).
