Open Enrollment for Heritage Health is October 15 – December 7. During open enrollment, you have the right to choose any plan. If you do not choose a new health plan, you will stay with your current plan.

- Care Managers to help you be healthy. This includes people who can see you in person if that helps you.
- 24/7 Nurse Advise Line available any time you need help with your health questions
- Pregnancy and newborn support, including free breast pumps

How do I choose a health plan?
If you want to change your health plan during open enrollment call the Enrollment Broker. They are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Central Time. The phone number is 1-888-255-2605. You can get more information at the Heritage Health website.
