Join the Urban League of Nebraska for a FREE 3-Week Construction Career Boot Camp from May 11–May 29 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM). Gain the hands-on skills, industry certifications, and employer connections needed to launch a career in construction - whether in the office or on-site. This comprehensive program includes interview training, job search support, and financial education, and more. Participants will also have direct access to construction hiring employers through our Career Fair on May 27, 2026.

Participants will engage with partners like JE Dunn Construction for OSHA-10 certification, LinkedIn for profile development, Lexxus Wealth Management for investing insights, and Veridian Credit Union for sessions on credit and spending plans, all designed to strengthen both career and financial success. Ideal for job seekers, career changers, and individuals ready for a fresh start, the program concludes with a graduation, ongoing career support, and a paid internship opportunity.
